By default, prices of products are in Euros and including France sales tax (=VAT). Prices charged are those indicated

as customers checked out and validate their order form.



Important information:


- Customers can pay their order at Beauté Secrète using the following means of payments: credit card, debit card,

check (issued by French banks only), bank transfer, a Paypal account, or a Beauté Secrète gift certificate code.


- Payments with credit cards and debit cards are fully secured. For full security, payments do not occur on Beauté Secrète's

website but on Beauté Secrète's bank website. Beauté Secrète does not have access to any card numbers.


- Product prices are in euros. Orders are always charged in Euros and customers have to pay in Euros.


- Customers requesting for a delivery in the European Union will be charged France sales tax (=VAT) by Beauté Secrète

in compliance with the European Union rules regarding VAT, but they will not be charged any custom fees.


- Customers requesting for a delivery outisde of the European Union will not be charged France sales tax (=VAT) by

Beauté Secrète. This means that 19.6% of the order total amount will be deduced as they chek out and specify the delivery

country. However they can be charged import taxes or custom fees, based on their country custom regulations. Please

refer to the page Shipping / Delivery information for additional information about customs.


- Should prices be modified after the order form has been validated and sent to Beauté Secrète, the order will not

be impacted by the change in prices. The order total amount will remain the amount validated as the order was placed.


- Product prices do not take into account delivery fees. An estimate of delivery fees can be calculated on the page "My cart"

before checking out. The delivery fees will then be confirmed on the order form, before its final validation.


- In line with Beauté Secrète policy to fight credit card fraud, Beauté Secrète can ask customers to proove their ID and

their address before shipping an order. Beauté Secrète can cancel an order in case customers do not accept to provide a

proof of their ID and address. In this case Beauté Secrète will also cancel the payment. Beauté Secrète can also cancel

orders in the following situations: there exist an unsolved dispute regarding a previous order of the customer, Beauté

Secrète's bank does not accept the payment of the order, the order has not been payed.
